အေျခခံစကားေျပာ (၁၈)

What are the chances of + (verb-ing) အသုံးေလးၾကည့္ပါ။ "…အခြင့္အလမ္း/ျဖစ္ႏိုင္စရာအေၾကာင္း/အလားအလာေတြက ဘာလဲ" လို႔ ဆိုလိုတယ္။

examples:
(1) "What are the chances of getting tickets?"
လက္မွတ္ရႏိုင္တဲ့ အခြင့္အေရးေတြက ဘာလဲ။
(2) "What are the chances of that happening?"
ဒါျဖစ္လာႏိုင္စရာ အေၾကာင္းေတြက ဘာလဲ။
(3) "What are the chances of it raining today?"
ဒီေန႔ မိုးရြာႏိုင္တဲ့ အလားအလာေတြက ဘာလဲ။
(4) "What are the chances of winning the lottery?"
ထီေပါက္ႏိုင္စရာ အလားအလာေတြက ဘာလဲ။
the chances လို႔ ေျပာမယ့္အစား your/our chances ဆိုျပီး ေျပာလည္းရပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္နဲ႔ပုိျပီး ဆိုင္သြားတာေပါ့။

examples:
(1) "What are the chances of you staying home today?"
ဒီေန႔ မင္း အိမ္မွာ ေနစရာအေၾကာင္းက ဘာမ်ားလဲ။
(2) "What are your chances of getting the job?"
မင္းအလုပ္ရႏိုင္တဲ့ အလားအလာက ဘာမ်ားလဲ။
(3) "What are your chances of improving?"
နင့္ရဲ႕ တိုးတက္ႏိုင္စရာ အလားအလာက ဘာလဲ။
(3) "What are your chances of moving?"
ခင္ဗ်ားရဲ႕ ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းႏိုင္စရာ အခြင့္အေရးက ဘာလဲ။
(4) "What are our chances of staying together?"
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ႕ အတူတူေနႏိုင္စရာ အေၾကာင္းက ဘာလဲ။
(5) "What are our chances of working together?"
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ႕ အတူတူအလုပ္လုပ္ႏိုင္မယ့္ အခြင့္အလမ္းက ဘာမ်ားလဲ။
(6) "What are our chances of going together?"
ငါတို႔ အတူတူသြားႏိုင္မယ့္ အခြင့္အလမ္းက ဘာလဲ။
