Word Order 1

A.  verb + object

စကားလုံးေတြ စီစဥ္ပုံအေၾကာင္းကို အေျခခံၾကည့္မယ္ဆိုရင္ verb + object ပုံစံကို အရင္ သတိထားသင့္တာေပါ့။ ကဲ…ၾကည့္ရေအာင္။

§  Sue bought some new shoes yesterday.

ဆူးက မေန႔က ရွဴးဖိနစ္အသစ္ေတြ ဝယ္ခဲ့တယ္။

ဒီဝါက်ကို ျပန္ၾကည့္ရင္ subject က Sue ဆိုတာ ေတြ႔မယ္ေနာ္။

verb က bought ပါ။ object က some new shoes ဆိုတဲ့ အတြဲလိုက္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ verb နဲ႔ object အတူတူတြဲေရးရတယ္ဆိုတာ သေဘာေပါက္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါကို Sue bought yesterday some new shoes လို႔ ေရးလို႔ မရပါဘူး။

ဥပမာေလးေတြ ထပ္ၾကည့္ၾကမယ္။

§  He speaks English very well.

သူက အဂၤလိပ္စကား ေတာ္ေတာ္ေကာင္းေကာင္း ေျပာတတ္တယ္။

§  I like Italian food very much.

ကြ်န္မက အီတလီအစားအစာ အင္မတန္ၾကိဳက္တယ္။

§  Did you watch TV all evening?

မင္း တီဗီကို တညေနလုံးၾကည့္ခဲ့တာလား။

§  Paul often wears a black hat.

ေပါလ္က ဦးထုပ္အနက္ကို ေဆာင္းေလ့ရွိတယ္။

§  We invited a lot of people to the party.

တို႔က ပါတီပြဲကို လူေတြအမ်ားၾကီး ဖိတ္ခဲ့တယ္။

§  I opened the door slowly.

ကြ်န္ေတာ္က တံခါးကို ျဖည္းျဖည္းဖြင့္ခဲ့တယ္။

§  Why do you always make the same mistake?

နင္က ဘာလို႔ ဒီအမွားကိုပဲ အျမဲလုပ္ေနတာလဲ။

§  I’m going to borrow some money from a friend.

ကြ်န္မ သူငယ္ခ်င္းတစ္ေယာက္ဆီက ပိုက္ဆံေခ်းမလို႔။

B.  Where and when

စကားလုံးေတြစဥ္တဲ့အခါ ေနာက္ထပ္ အခက္ေတြ႔ႏိုင္တာတစ္ခုက အခ်ိန္ျပတဲ့ စကားလုံးနဲ႔ ေနရာျပတဲ့ စကားလုံး ဘယ္ဟာ အရင္ေရးရမလဲဆိုတာေပါ့။

ဒီအခ်က္ေလး မွတ္သားပါ။

    ေနရာ (place) က အခ်ိန္ (time) ရဲ႕ အေရွ႕မွာ လာပါတယ္။

     ဥပမာ-

          We went to a party last night.

          တို႔ ပါတီပြဲကို မေန႔ညက သြားခဲ့တယ္။

          to a pary ဆိုတဲ့ ေနရာ (place) ကို last night ဆိုတဲ့ အခ်ိန္ (time) ရဲ႕ ေရွ႕မွာ သုံးရတာ ေတြ႔ပါလိမ့္မယ္။

          ထပ္ၾကည့္ၾကရေအာင္။

§  Lisa walks to work every day.

လီဆာက ေန႔တိုင္း အလုပ္ကို လမ္းေလွ်ာက္သြားတယ္။

§  Will you be at home this evening?

ဒီညေန နင္အိမ္မွာ ရွိမွာလား။

§  I usually go to bed early.

ကြ်န္ေတာ္ အိပ္ရာေစာေစာဝင္ေလ့ရွိတယ္။

§  We arrived at the airport at 7 o’clock.

ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ ေလဆိပ္ကို ခုနစ္နာရီမွာ ေရာက္ခဲ့တယ္။

§  They’ve lived in the same house for twenty years.

သူတို႔က ဒီအိမ္မွာပဲေနလာတာ ႏွစ္ႏွစ္ဆယ္ၾကာျပီ။

§  Joe’s father has been in hospital since June.

ဂ်ိဳးရဲ႕အေဖက ဇြန္လကတည္းက ေဆးရံုတက္ေနရတာ။

ဒီေလာက္ဆိုရင္ အေျခခံ word order ရဲ႕ ပထမတဆင့္ကို ရပါျပီ။ ေနာက္ထပ္တစ္ခု ထပ္လာပါမယ္။ အဂၤလိပ္စာ အသုံးခ်ျပီး ဘဝတိုးတက္ေအာင္ျမင္ၾကပါေစ။
